Sara Whitman recently shared insights with Ragan on the origins and solutions for addressing workplace burnout: “A stronger partnership between comms and HR can help define and quantify burnout at most organizations.” According to Whitman, starting with definitions and goals to nurture the HR and comms partnership and prepping managers to collect the right data are two good places to start.
