Ball Corporation, a Fortune 300 company, was looking for a global reimagination of internal communications just as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold. As a global company with a decentralized workforce, the challenge to not only reach all employees but engage and inspire them was very real.
To begin, our team needed to have a complete picture of the current state of internal communications in order to understand the gaps and issues. From there we developed a comprehensive strategy and plan to move the organization toward a future state that captured the needs and wants of Ball’s global workforce.
