Using a combination of primary and secondary research, our analytics team generated a key insight about retirement: Raymond James’s competitors were flooding the marketplace with content about about wealth management, but consumers wanted tailored information about retirement planning.

We sought out to bridge the gap.

The asset: An interactive infographic that takes the user on a custom journey to prepare for retirement, and concludes with a list of personalized tips around common, yet complex, challenges.

To maximize engagement, we evaluated and tested various forms of interaction, including the introduction of subtle animation. Using visual cues and tactile triggers increases engagement time and conversion rates.
