As the leader of client services at Hot Paper Lantern, some might say Abby holds one of the firm’s most influential positions; and they’d be right.
Our team understands that delivering great work isn’t good enough to succeed – we have to deliver a great experience as well. Abby and her team are charged with developing a best-in-class client service function that meets the needs and expectations of clients working with the firm across a range of integrated services.
She also works closely with some of HPL’s largest integrated clients. Throughout her career, she has supported an array of clients across financial services, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and professional services, including EY, Pershing, Fiserv, AICPA, The Hartford, Wilmington Trust, Abbott, Memorial Sloan Kettering and Ingram Micro.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Xavier University, a Masters of Arts in Communications from Johns Hopkins University and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) from PRSA.
